🚆 Transportation
Meeting point: We'll confirm it on the product page and remind you the day before via email

Pickup: Your guide/driver will meet you in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before start time.
If your itinerary includes city transfers, we'll specify what’s included. For custom tours, we can book these for you.
We primarily use private cars, but subways, ferries, or walking may be included when more efficient. All included costs are covered.
No. Our guides will assist with language. We also provide phrases and tips via email or app.
🧳 Trip Preparation
Yes, unless you're eligible for 72-/144-hour transit or a short-stay visa exemption. We can advise based on your passport.
We'll need your full name, passport copy, and any details required for insurance or bookings.
We strongly recommend full travel insurance. We also provide basic insurance at 5 RMB/day covering up to 150,000 RMB for accidents and 15,000 RMB for medical emergencies, underwritten by China Pacific Insurance. ID must be submitted 1 day prior for coverage.
Yes. Most tours run rain or shine. Extreme weather may prompt rescheduling. We’ll inform you if changes are needed.
Yes! Our tours are designed to be flexible. Let us know in advance and we’ll tailor the pace and activities accordingly.
🎒 What to Bring
Dress for the weather with comfy walking shoes. Sunscreen and hats in summer, layers in winter. We’ll advise based on season.
We recommend carrying some RMB. Mobile payments are common, but cash or international cards are more practical for tourists.
Yes. It’s legally required in China and needed for hotel check-in, travel, and attraction entry.
