These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Skymatz Resources Limited, a travel services company registered in the United Kingdom.

Please read them carefully, as they outline important rights and responsibilities for both parties. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our online platform (company website, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor/Viator, or other booking platforms).

A full payment may be required at the time of completing your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Customer:

Cancellations must be made in writing (if booked via our website) or directly on third-party platforms (if booked on those platforms).

Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period:

Time calculations are based on the local time of your tour destination.

By Skymatz:

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, safety risks, or insufficient numbers. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

4. Tour Amendments

We strive to follow published itineraries but reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or content due to operational requirements. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover health, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.

As an additional care measure, we provide a basic entry-level travel insurance for all our tour guests at 5 RMB/person/day, underwritten by China Pacific Insurance Company.

To activate this, guests must provide complete identification at least one day before the tour. Failure to do so will void coverage.

6. Liability

Skymatz Resources acts as a travel operator coordinating services with third parties. We are not liable for loss, delays, injury, or damage caused by third-party providers unless due to our own negligence. Our liability is limited to the tour amount paid.

7. Customer Conduct

We expect respectful behavior toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund if behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Health and Accessibility

You must inform us of any physical, dietary, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. While we try to accommodate all needs, not all tours or locations may be accessible to all guests.

9. Visa & Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for China. We are not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is collected only for travel communication, insurance, and operational purposes. Information is stored securely and never shared with unrelated third parties.
