Zhanqiao Pier: Begin your day with stunning views from Qingdao’s most iconic pier. Listen to stories of German colonial times, watch the waves crash, and spot local fishermen and playful seagulls.

Zhongshan Road, Catholic Church & Pichaiyuan: Wander along this century-old street, once known as the 'Oriental Little Shanghai 上海.' Stop by the towering Gothic-style Catholic Church (outside visit) and dive into the flavors and sounds of Pichaiyuan — a hidden alleyway of traditional snacks and busy vendors.

Fan Craft Workshop: Step into a quiet local studio to create your very own lacquer art folding fan. Learn about the 'water wave' technique from a local artist and take home a beautiful handmade souvenir.

Road (University Road) & Yushan Road: Take a leisurely walk through Qingdao’s most poetic streets. Known for their old villas, bookish charm, street art, and “Instagram-famous” corners like the green wall with window — this area blends European elegance with artistic flair.

Xiaoyushan Park (Little Fish Hill): A short walk uphill rewards you with one of Qingdao’s best panoramic views: red roofs, blue sea, and the full arc of Zhanqiao Pier.

Badaguan Historic Villa Area: Wander through leafy streets filled with European-style villas, each built in different architectural styles. Visit landmarks like the Butterfly House and Flower Stone Villa, and end your walk by the seaside.
