Food Session 1: Crispy Bites & Nostalgic Sweets. Start your adventure with the irresistible aroma of deep-fried pork skewers, a local staple where each juicy bite comes with a crackling crunch. Just steps away, bite into egg burger, a street-style bun hugging a fried egg and pork patty—simple, satisfying, and utterly Xiamen. Still peckish? Cool off with a bowl of famous peanut soup, velvety smooth and rich, served from a tiny hole-in-the-wall beloved by generations.
